Balloon rides take place at sunrise, typically starting around dawn. The exact time varies by season and will be confirmed when you book. We recommend planning for an early morning adventure—it's absolutely worth the early wake-up to see the sunrise from above!

Absolutely! Hot air ballooning is the safest forms of aviation there is. Our pilots are FAA certified with extensive training and experience, and all equipment is meticulously maintained and regularly inspected. Safety is our top priority on every single flight.

Dress in comfortable, casual layers. Closed-toe shoes are required (sneakers or hiking boots work great). Bring a light jacket as it can be cooler at altitude. Please avoid loose items like scarves or hats that might blow away. Don't forget your camera!

Weather determines whether we can fly safely. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll reschedule your flight for another day at no additional charge. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if there are any concerns about your scheduled flight.

Children must be at least 2 years old to fly. The typical weight limit is 250 lbs per person. Please contact us if you have any concerns about fit or mobility—we want everyone to be comfortable!

We keep groups intimate—typically 4-10 passengers per balloon depending on the package. Our Private Flight option accommodates up to 4 guests for a more exclusive experience. We can also take private groups up to 12 and groups of any size between several balloons if you call us, This ensures everyone has great views and a personal experience.

Plan for about 3-4 hours total. We'll pick you up about half an hour before sunrise, the flight itself is 45-60 minutes, and we allow time for the champagne celebration and transportation back. It's an adventure you'll never forget!

Hot air balloon baskets require standing for the duration of the flight. However, we want everyone to experience the joy of ballooning. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation—we may be able to accommodate with assistance.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled flight. Cancellations within 48 hours can be rescheduled to another date. We're happy to work with you if plans change!

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it! Just make sure you have a secure strap for your camera. Feel free to bring your phone, DSLR, or any camera. Just be careful with loose items—it's important to keep everything secure in the basket.
